  The Town of Byron Highway Garage Committee will be holding an informational meeting regarding the proposed construction of an addition to the existing highway garage on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the South Byron Fire Hall.  The Committee will also be holding an unofficial Straw Poll Vote on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from 12:00-9:00 p.m. at the Byron Town Hall to see whether a recommendation should be made to the Town Board to proceed with the construction of an addition to the existing town highway garage and improvements to that garage at a total cost of $1,580,000.00, and issue a bond to pay part of the cost in the amount of $1,215,000.00. All Town of Byron residents are encouraged to vote.  You need only be a resident of the Town of Byron, and be 18 years of age.  Proof of residency and age may be required.

First Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Byron Presbyterian Church. During summer months meetings will be held at Fireman's Park.
